Handling Fee / Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

Why does a $0.27 'Handling Fee' appear when I'm checking out my order?

This is a state-imposed "Retail Delivery Fee" that Colorado implemented July 1, 2022. It applies to online orders shipped to any address in Colorado. Our system doesn't allow us to set the name for the fee, so it appears as a generic "Handling Fee".
