What communication should I expect about my order?

We’ll send you email notifications to the address that you provided with your order for the following events;

• When your payment is complete and your order is ready for processing
• If we have any questions about your order before shipping it.
• When your order is packed and ready for shipping (we’ll include the tracking number)

You can reply to any of these messages if you have a question about your order! Please look in your spam folder, as sometimes our messages will get caught there.
